These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, our newsletter at news.beingseries.com, any downloads or resources we provide, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.

Content on the Site and in the newsletter is for educational purposes only.   • You may subscribe to our newsletter through Beehiiv. By subscribing, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

  • If we offer paid subscriptions in the future, additional terms (price, billing cycle, cancellations, refunds) will be shown at checkout via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).​

4) Purchases and refunds 

From time to time, we may offer paid digital products or subscriptions. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, all digital sales are final. Any specific refund, trial, or cancellation terms will be clearly displayed at purchase.

  • copy, scrape, or bulk-download content except as permitted below;

  • interfere with security or attempt to access non-public areas;

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in South Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections intended to survive termination shall survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law).
